Important Notice: Temporary Payment System Suspension
We have been notified of a security breach involving our primary hosting provider. As a precautionary measure, we have temporarily disabled our payment systems to ensure the safety and security of our users. Our solving services remain fully operational and are not affected by this suspension. If you urgently require a balance top-up for a time-sensitive task, please contact our support team through Discord for assistance. We want to reassure our users that, based on the information currently available to us, there is no indication that any user information has been exposed or compromised. We are closely monitoring the situation and will restore our payment systems once we are confident it is safe to do so. reCAPTCHA V2 Leaving Beta
Our V2 solver has now undergone extensive load and success-rate testing, and we believe its performance is up to par. Starting Friday, October 16, 2026, we will transition from our promotional rate of $0.01 per 1,000 solves to standard market pricing.
Infrastructure Update + 24-Hour Bonus
We have made significant improvements to our infrastructure. We will continue monitoring our systems over the next few days to evaluate how they handle increased load and identify any additional areas for improvement. Scheduled Maintenance + Solve Credit Refunds
As a courtesy for today's downtime, we will be refunding any solves debited between 11:30 AM EST and 1:00 PM EST to users' balances. Credits will be done 1 by 1 so please be patient. We have identified the underlying issues and implemented the fixes we could address immediately. However, to fully resolve the remaining issues, we will need to schedule additional downtime today from **8:00 PM EST to 10:00 PM EST**. During this maintenance window, we will not be accepting solve requests while we perform load testing and verify our fixes against our live systems. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.
Service Interruptions Resolved
We have resolved the incident causing status 500 errors and will continue monitoring throughout the day.
Maintenance
We are in the middle of some unscheduled maintenance but our services will be back up to 100% shortly.
Nodes Recovered + ProxyLess updated
All of our nodes are now functioning as expected and we have pushed an update for our proxyless modes.
Node Interruption
We are currently investigating an interruption affecting 3 of our nodes, which is causing traffic from certain proxy providers to be blocked by our firewalls. We’ll provide an update as soon as we have more information.
Solver Updates
reCAPTCHAV3 and V3Enterprise have been updated. TMPT solver has been updated as well. Our ProxyLess modes are now recovered and working as expected.
Captcha + TMPT Solvers Improved, Solve V2 Endpoint
We have improved our solves. They are much quicker and handle load better while still minting high scores. We have also added a v2/solve endpoint the implements task creation and polling. The SDKs and docs page (https://kagedcap.io/docs) have been updated.
TMPT Solver Maintenance
Our TMPT solvers are currently down as we work on them. Our reCAPTCHA works well on everything except TMPT at the moment.
Evaluate Solver Added
We have just released a solver for Evaluate. It is currently used for TM queue and account generation. Please follow the docs and update your SDKs.
Service Interruptions
We are currently working through service interruptions and should be back online within a couple of minutes.
More TMPT Solvers
We've added more tmpt solvers in order to speed up the generation process.
Crypto Payments And reCAPTCHA V2
We now accept crypto payments directly on our site. We’re also wrapping up internal testing on our reCAPTCHA V2 solvers, which should be available later this week.
Service Interruptions Resolved
45 minutes ago we encountered some service interruptions which have since then been resolved.
Partner Coupons Multi-Use
Partner coupons were set to one time use by mistake but they have now been fixed.
TMPT Vs Proxies
Some members are attempting to use dead proxies or resis with very high latency. These proxies add congestion to our servers. We set the timeout for TMPT at 20s and after some fails your key will be limited for about 60 seconds. We do this to protect our users who depend on our TMPT.
TMPT Solver Maintenance
We had a slight issue updating TMPT servers after which has now been resolved.
Balance Alerts and Auto Top Ups Added
We have added balance alerts and auto top up. You can find it in your top ups dashboard. Also download and save your invoices/receipts!
TMPT Solvers
Our TMPT solving servers are now live. Solve TMPT without the headache of solving recaptcha directly via our /solve endpoint. Get more information about it on our https://kagedcap.io/docs page.
