Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using KagedCap (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use at your own accord and risk

You use the Service entirely at your own accord and at your own risk. You alone are responsible for how you use the Service and for anything you do with it. KagedCap takes no responsibility for what you do with the Service — the actions you take and their consequences are solely yours.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use is lawful and complies with the terms, policies, and rights of any third party, website, or service you interact with through the Service. We do not endorse, encourage, or take responsibility for any particular use.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys secure, for all activity under your account, and for any content or requests you submit through the Service.

4. Service provided “as is”

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee any specific result.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KagedCap and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

6. Billing

The Service runs on a prepaid balance. You are charged only for successful solves at the rates shown at the time. Balances are non-transferable. Payments are processed by our payment provider; taxes, if any, are your responsibility.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, including for use we deem abusive or that puts the Service or others at risk. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Privacy

What we collect

Your account email, and operational metadata about your use of the Service (such as solve requests, timing, status, and billing records). Payments are handled by our payment provider — we do not store your full card details.

How we use it

To provide and secure the Service, process billing, prevent abuse, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service (for example, payment and email providers), and where required by law.

Retention & your choices

We keep account and billing records for as long as needed to operate the Service and meet legal obligations. You can opt out of product emails at any time, and you can request account deletion by contacting us.
